Rates

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one third (1/3) of the estimated total cost of the session/hearing is required from each party. if the mediation or arbitration is cancelled before 30 days of the session/hearing, the deposit is refundable. If the hearing is cancelled less than 30 days, both parties' deposit is non-refundable and the cancelling party or parties additionally owe(s) the balance for the time reserved for the session/hearing.
